  A lovely country pub with traditional old English interior and a relaxed, cosy atmosphere! In summer there are pretty gardens with plenty of sun. Dogs are welcome which is so rare nowadays! In the winter there is a roaring fire! For the low price the food blows all expectations, they source good quality food which is cooked and presented beautifully! I'd recommend the Fish Cakes and Steak! The owners Jim and Linda are lovely, hospitable and fantastic conversationalists. They also have clean nicely finished rooms with gorgeous bathrooms! A home away from home!
